IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM RIC LANDSIDE OPERATIONS

SUBJECT: Temporary Employee Parking (Main Lot) Relocation Advisory

From July 20 to August 1, 2026, the Employee Lot will receive pavement rehabilitation work. This effort is a continuation of the airport’s commitment to providing all tenants and employees with exceptional facilities. ALL VEHICLES must vacate the Employee Lot during this time to ensure timely completion of the work. Vehicles that do not abide by this will be towed at the owner’s expense.

The linked document provides critical information and important directions for all employees to follow during this period.  This only applies to the main employee parking lot and does not impact the Manager’s Lot, Blast Wall, or other approved employee parking facilities.  A supplemental advisory will be distributed in short order detailing specific information regarding shuttle frequencies to and from the temporary facility.  Please distribute to all employees who utilize the main employee parking lot.
