RIC - Runway 2-20 ***8 HOUR CLOSURE
Runway 2/20 will close in order to perform work associated with an upcoming airfield construction project. Runway 16/34 (9003′) will remain open and available during the closure.
Runway 2-20 scheduled maintenance closure
RIC - Runway 2-20 ***8 HOUR CLOSURE
Runway 2/20 will close for scheduled monthly maintenance. Maintenance activities include grass cutting and vegetation control, and repairs and preventive maintenance on airfield lighting systems, signs, and navigational aids (NAVAIDS), pavement repair, rubber removal, and painting/refreshing runway markings.
