The Taxiway Charlie-Echo Relocation Project has shifted south to a new phase that involves the demolition of a portion of Taxiway Echo and construction of a new taxiway, Taxiway Alpha 3.   To facilitate construction activity adjacent Taxiway Alpha the centerline marking on the taxiway has been shifted to the west.  This shifted taxiway centerline brings taxiing aircraft closer to the vehicle service road on the Air Carrier Ramp from Gate B13 to Gate B5.

Vehicle operators must be aware of surroundings and scan for taxiing aircraft, and yield to those aircraft.
