RIC Airport Security & Emergency Plan Review and TTX
South Ticketing Conference Room (next to the Allegiant Ticket Counter)
RIC Public Safety will conduct the annual stakeholder review of the Airport Security Plan (ASP) and Airport Emergency Plan on Friday, May 2. Each review will include a brief tabletop exercise that tests the existing plans, and policies or procedures needed to guide the response to a simulated incident.
- 08:45 to 10:15 – AVSEC/ASP Review & Tabletop Exercise
- 10:15 to 12:00 – AEP Review & Tabletop Exercise
The ASP-AEP Review & TTX will be hosted in the South Ticketing Conference Room (rear). The conference room is on the upper level of the Main Terminal, at the south end of the Ticketing Hall. Proceed past the Allegiant Ticket Counter and enter the door adjacent the counter. Proceed down the hallway and turn left to get to the meeting space. Please note that there are two South Conference Rooms that are collocated. There will be signage directing you to the correct location.
