RIC Airport Operations will begin distribution of the new 2026-2027 Employee Parking Permit.

This year permits will be distributed in the Badging Office.  There will be dedicated times to pick-up the new permit.  PLEASE NOTE, employees will be required to turn in the blue permit to obtain the new hang tag.

Starting Monday, December 1st, hang tags will be distributed on the following schedule (appointments not required):

Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 0730 to 0900

Tuesday and Thursday from 1500 to 1630

Permit distribution notes:

• Bring the current blue hangtag when completing the swap.
• Exchanges must be complete no later than DEC 31 (the Badging Office will be closed on 12/24 and 12/25).
• Please report to the badging office only during the designated time periods. If an alternate time is needed, coordinate with the badging office to request an additional appointment.
• Failure to complete the swap will result in the deactivation of their blue hangtag and loss of access to the employee lot.
