Runway safety is a paramount concern at airports across the globe.  Surface incidents and runway incursions pose a significant risk to safe flight operations and life safety.  The Richmond International Airport is proud to partner with RIC Air Traffic Control Management to host the annual Runway Safety Action Team (RSAT) meeting on August 15.  The purpose of this important meeting is to bring local stakeholders together at least once per year to identify and mitigate the risks of significant surface events at our airport.
