You scream, I scream, we all scream for…

What’s a better way to cool down than ice cream on a Friday afternoon?  The Capital Region Airport Commission along with their partners sponsored an ice cream social in the parking lot adjacent the Terminal Building for the employees of RIC.  This first of its kind event offered employees an opportunity to get a complimentary tasty treat, and network with each other in a social setting.  The ice cream social was well attended by workers from all over the RIC campus.

CRAC Operations & Community Engagement Coordinator Althea did a terrific job helping to organize and facilitate this “cool” event!
RIC’s Chief Operating Officer with some members of the CP & Y team, co-sponsors of the event.

The Capital Region Airport Commission would like to extend thanks to co-sponsors: AFCO, CP & Y, Delaware North, and Standard Parking.  Also, many thanks to the ice cream truck vendor Jody Harmon of Cool Concessions who served everyone with a smile.
